I'm not reading through all that shit.
Figure out your priorities, read through your options, and figure out which is better for you.

Sorry, that's how I'm given the info about the pc. The general is
    Processor 1 x AMD Phenom™ II X6 1090T (6x 3.20GHz/6.14MB L3 Cache)
    Video Card 1 x AMD Radeon HD 6870 - 1GB-Single Card

    vs

    Processor 1 x Intel® Core™ i5 760 Processor (4x 2.80GHz/8MB L3 Cache)-
    iBUYPOWER PowerDrive 1 x PowerDrive Level 2 - Up to 20% Overclocking-
    Video Card 1 x AMD Radeon HD 6850 - 1GB-Single Card

And I wouldn't be asking for help if I understood a good amount about computers. Sorry, I'm just looking for advice from other people...

I don't upgrade to the 6870 because of money. It costs over the budget if I do with the intel setup. So, even though the graphics card is not as good with the intel I should still go with it?

6870 will give u far better performance for the money, plus it will scale better in crossfire (2 card set up)

Does anyone know why to pick intel? Besides they are considered more powerful?

If price is not an option go with intel because their chips are more solid, but incredibly overpriced. AMD is only a tad behind intel and a ton cheaper.
