too plain, yet too complex
i dont know how to say this. It looks very very simple, too simple, yet some parts are so comlicated like the area around the text above MPGH that it makes it a HUGE strain on the eyes to read

I think its ok. But I think it's not enough to replace our current logo. Need something that still feels MPGH, but is different and cutting edge. I think you gig a good job with colour choice though.
