The hack probably still is working (idk, i don't cheat)... But it depends which client you use. I'm not involved with WildFagNet anymore so i suppose it will still work there, but on AlterIWNet no, you can use this with the retail / steam version though, make sure to hide the file name and block steam.exe process from reading it, make sure that no program can read it on steam version.
