Answer is 99% NO! As Slaytanic said, making VAC detect this will:

1. Need to add python.exe to blacklist -> many false-positive bans

2. Screencapturing, like in PB. Also that may not even help.

3. Some unknown detections, that may break privacy or something big, which will never happen, if i know VAC right.

although they "could" fairly easily set the game to do a true print screen and put it somewhere but someone would need to look at them and valve is a bunch of lazy fucktards
