If you open the config file in the main folder with wordpad and scroll down, you can edit it there.

You can probably get banned from a server by an admin if you're raging and he's watching, but not VAC banned. VAC does not ban on reports.

I used the SP4 hack for MW2 for more than 10 months with no problems at all. The hack would occasionally get broken by an update and then you would have to wait here for an update--but I never got VAC banned (ever).

Anyone get VAC banned yet from using this BO hack? I doubt VAC can pick this up yet.

Only people who got banned using sph4ck's externals used the exe not python source. VAC still unable to detect as of yet

never is a strong word... theres nothing preventing valve from implementing further scans or methods after releasing an updated EULA... and for those who say there are no real people who can manually affect the VAC system (unban/ban you) need to watch me play on my newly reset, previously "Cheat Detected", MW2 account.

It isnt detected, but i can be. Sph4ck trys to add some scrambling before that happens. I would NEVER say "NEVER", because anything is possible.

And if you want to make it safer from "running process scanning" on the aesthetics side of things, just make a shortcut to the .bat file on your desktop, name it something legit like Winamp or whatever and make your ESP window name something legit as well (best if it goes with the name of the bat file shortcut) and if VAC does someday scan and find python running (not that it matters but just saying) it won't be named python, it will be named after the .bat shortcut you put on your desktop. It's aesthetics only but hey, any extra protection, even subtle, is good protection.

Naming example: the shortcut to the .bat file is called "MiniLyrics" and the program name in the hacks config file would be named "Winamp 5.56" or whatever the current version is. This gives the impression that you are running winamp with MiniLyrics in the bg while you are playing BO. Whether it is needed or not, is irrelevant. It's just another option to further safe-guard yourself. Even if VAC never will check for python running processes. Enjoy.
