Tell your friend to email the merchant at ogkeys@gmail.com with proof of purchase (such as transaction id).
There is a faq on their site about it, we don't own ogkeys so I cannot provide support for it. Also you should email the webmaster asking that.

A Question about OGKEYS
I want to buy 2 retail codes from there, but my friend still hasnt gotten his yet. I was wondering when i buy it, will i get my Retail codes instantly, and will OGKEYS offer Call of Duty 4 CD-Keys?
