How do I get a title change?

I read the rules and it only mentions title changes my a small standard. How do I get one?

A minimum of 500 posts is required for Text usertitles.

A minimun of 1,337 posts are required for image usertitles.

Image usertitles may not be bigger than 190px Wide X 70px Height

1,000 posts are required for an Username change.

Usernames cannot contain offensive language/terms

Usernames cannot be similar to any Staff names.

Usernames cannot contain any 'tags' such as [MPGH],[MOD],[ADMIN] etc.

Username cannot be the same as another user's.

WE WILL NO LONGER CHANGE SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME FOR YOUR BENEFIT, THINK OF SOMETHING ELSE IF THE NAME YOU WANT IS TAKEN!

Multiple requests will be closed and denied.

AVATAR SIZES ARE NO LONGER EDITED, THIS MEANS YOU CANNOT REQUEST A BIGGER AVATAR. (Does not apply to staff)

You can request it by VM to any Staff Administrator, just make sure you're clear on how you would like it changed.
