I'm pretty sure there's unregistered weapons out there, but if it was a third, somethig would be done about it considering it's illegal, and I'm pretty sure 2/3 of Americans aren't involved in arms deals.

i played that before they outlawed the autoguns
i got in alot of trouble when i was a kid over an airsoft gun
