[Solved]download error

Hey whenever i try to download something it says "narutokun96, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.!

my account is activated soo what does that thing above mean? i am not trying to reedit someone elses post ...

and you need some more posts ( new rule )

Go back to one of those screens, and there should be an option for re sending the verification email. You will need to do that. Click the link inside the email you get.

and a new rule to prevent people from stealing stuff is that you need 50 posts to download a lot of the stuff here.
