Well, I was making my base and I was making stairs going down and I fell into a dunegon/cavern and there was a shit load of coal/iron and I found some gold, so i kept digging and lava killed me. Where are my items because I heard they respawn

Well I was a dumb arse, so I mined just down and I hit lava and I was stuck so I died , but its ok now because I re-supplied my missing items.
