I am now recovering from a 90 day case of whooping cough. If anyone of you have had it, you know it causes extreme lethargy and loss of fitness.
I am looking to get my level of fitness back from before I was sick with this disease.
Anyone got any good Cardio fitness building exercises? I have been doing 40 pushups a day, so my upper-body isn't too bad but it's Cardio and lung capacity I need to work on.

Go out and run? All these 'fitness programs' are scams for money. Nothing will beat a daily jog around the neighborhood, or through the woods, along side of some small muscular work outs. Calf raises, sit ups, and maybe some pullups.
