well I'm not really that smart. Its just i have seen countless people say on this thread that they could get A's but they just don't try. Well I'm the person that tries and succeeds. Trying will get you a long ways.

And ace I have never once said that I am a genius.

You have to have a certain degree of intelligence to get 100% in every one of your classes.

I'm pretty sure we know that. People don't try cause they think school will get them no where.... look at me. I'm a dumbass, I fucked around in 9th grade now i'm looking at summer school and nite school..... And mite have to go to intermidate school. Cause i messed around all the time. Now i'm doing good getting about a 75% in each class. Like lots of people are saying 100% stuff in the poll. That's just bull.

You have terrible classes. You're lucky you aren't in canada. World history is fucking impossible here.

As for me, I don't try because I'm completely unmotivated. If I try, and I do well in school, it will go to waste because I'm not interested in anything. I'm not driven at all by the prospect of making money, so I'm not going to try just so i can get a high paying job. So I'm pretty much screwed.

lol terrible to you but not for me. I'm not looking to get a high paying job or get a bunch of degrees in college. I'm going to a tech school right out of high school to become a mechanic.

Don't waste your time, moron. My brother went to college for 3 weeks, dropped out. He got a job selling cars...that led to a job being a sales rep for Canada's biggest paper company and now he lives in El Paso, TX as the regional account manager for all of Mexico, making 1.5-2m a year easy.

I was going to stick up for you a bit here..but than I read that..you need science, and your not allowed to take that many electives.

    My grades:

    US Hist-A
    LA 10-A
    Band-A (Percussion..ha.)
    Adv Alg.- A-
    Spanish 2-A
    Biology-A-

So its possible to get pretty good grades...if only I hadnt fcked up 9th grade...

@ace-...Canada is not better..maybe just harder in schools..which sounds like BS cause I dont hear alot about you guys doing anything important.

I got an average of 52 so far. All because of civics and careers.

lol lucky for you i took 2 science classes last year (physical science and Ag Biology) and took care of my 2 science credits so i don't have to take one this year. and yes you can have that many electives if you are smart and do all your required classes first. An how many period days do you have?
