Well, there's been so many bans created lately and so many rants going on to follow it. These threads have been closed to reduce spam, So for today's question I thought, Why not just let you give your opinion and rant? That way it could be organized.

Personally, I love their company overall and understand why they are becoming "Strict", But they have many faults. My experience is bad with them, My beautiful main account has been banned for months on a chargeback, Problem? Yes. I paid them, I contacted them, I've done everything and I still remain banned.

I don't ask questions, I answer them

Making banning easily accessible for inexperience users, However add automated services with humans to minimize errors on both parts.

Ok, time to drop a knowledge bomb... Just kidding. But seriously, the bans aren't permanent, just until you pay off the points you gained through less than honest measures. Those who want to whine about this are the people who where smart enough () to do it on their main. If you can't get your own zp for your main through purchases, you most likely shouldn't be trying to zp whore any other way. Yes I did have a past scuffle with z8 over this. So I do understand what's going on. My story was how I took advantage of the surv3y system as many of you did.

Well here it goes. I began to do surv3ys a long time ago, doing primarily Super Rewards™ surv3ys namely the mobile ones. Before I go into details, I'm just going to leave it at, "I got over 100K zp off this system" For the sake of z8 and the company never having to file for bankruptcy, I'm not going to explain the system. What I can say is that I got all of that zp dishonestly and without having to pay a penny for it. When I started doing the system I actually had no idea I was even doing it. After about a day though, I noticed what happened and tried save myself for reasons I don't want to reveal and to fix the zp problem I had created for z8. In fixing the problem I had created, I had completed the system and only after this did i realize what I had done (Gotten 100k+ zp off of a surv3y system). But now I really feel bad for it because I didn't get all that I wanted off of it and I understand after having a chit chat with some mods that doing things like these can really hurt the companies involved in CF's ability to stay afloat in today's market.

I'm just going to leave you all with this: The system you have done is completely dishonest and the punishment is completely reasonable. The fact that you would abuse a system to get points that eventually, if the system persisted, would screw over the entire company makes me fairly disappointed (I'm not your mom, I'm just disappointed). If this system would have continued at its current rate and more people began to figure out about fake cards and video spam and such, Z8 could have been at least partially crippled because a loss of funds from purchased ZP. And if this affected their ability to keep crossfire on the internet, then by process of elimination... there would (obviously) be no CrossFire to spend your god damn points on.

The bans aren't permanent, you just have to pay back what you owe Z8 so stop telling us about your problems because we don't care, and go fix them. *DONE*

Z8 added the surv3y system, which was a good way for people to get more zp out of things they may be interested in. You guys abused the system and they begin to crack down on everyone and now everyone wants Suba back. All Z8 did was provide a new portal for the game and a new moderating staff. The staff is fine and the portal works perfectly. If you think that Z8 fucked up the game you are sadly mistaken. Z8 doesn't develop or publish the game, if you have a beef with the game itself bring it up with G4Box (American Publishers of CF) or Neowiz (Development company for CF). If you love Suba so freaking much go play MAT...

They should take a page outta G1 / K2 / DE's book and make US-only servers, Canada-only servers, BR-only servers, EU-only servers and International servers.
