Cap gun -> BB Gun-ish

So, i'm a newbie to 'firearms ' and i feel bored.

I am thinking about buying a cheap cap gun and making it into a BB gun... [DIY FTW.]

So..... I've been looking on youtube and they all say something similar to 'put your cap in' <- which is a like plastic thing which goes in the cylinder to hold it in or something....
But they are like 'Oh, i've got bad caps' So now i'm unsure whether if the cap is included or not...

I'm too lazy to check at a store. I plan to go up to town and buy stuff and some new school shoes, so yeah; a good coincidence.
