Do what flameswor said.
Add variable. int bool whatever you think fits your need. int hax;
Add to menu. AddItem(something) MenuItem(somehitng) whatever you do
Add this:

if(hax)
    YourHackMethod("SkelModelStencil 1");
else
    YourHackMethod("SkelModelStencil 0");
