use key comands with mouse?

im not sure what would work best, a macro or whatever so im not even exactly sure what type of program im asking for but if you know of what im saying, ill figure it out if you post a link.

i have lots of emulation games and some other things... that i could use with a program i cant find im been searching for about 3 hours so i figured time to ask some one.

Just somthig to make the keyboard funtions up down left adn right work by using the mouse, so that it will aim your screen for whatever game up and down ect. and maby set mouse clicks to keybaord butons as well.
