to old motherboard can't place a dual/quad core
and it's a shop pc with a stupid power supply

I can assure you it wont make a difference. That CPU is pretty bad, and he could be looking at not running the game, and very low graphics. A powerful enough GPU to run it, would just be bottlenecked.

yup updated my drivers for my 9500gt also changed some settings in the control panel and now playing it on extra settings res 1024x768 fps 90-120 from 40-60 ^_^
