Most people would. But pimples dont get that big, unless there is a lot of them very close together. Even then they dont get that big.

i suppose you could "grow" one that big if you tried
open your pores with steam, rub shit on back, close pores with cold water
keeping tape/gauze over it so it doesnt get cleaned in the shower
wait till it grows

but your body actually fights off pimples naturally, so its still unlikely it would reach anywhere near that size
