HLDS - Internal IP?

Hello MPGH!
When I start my HLDS/Source Dedi (Both The Steam Version And The One from HLDSUpdatetool) in the IP Section I Get My INTERNAL IP, Not My External One.
So People Can't Connect, I Have Google Around And Followed Some Guides one how to create a server and nothing is useful...
Things I Have Tried:
- Force IP Via Shortcut
- Force Port Via Shortcut
(If I Use My Own IP I only Get Could'nt allocated Port - Since My Router Doesnt want me to send steal its IP - And If I Try Local IPs Like 127.0.0.1 And 0.0.0.0 It displays that IP)
Any Ideas/Tips/Help On What I Could Do?

I know what my IP Is, Its not that.

I Cant use my IP in the HLDS Shortcut since my router doesnt want it to use my its IP.

Spectre, that's not really helping..
Tried force IP and port? If you get "Could'nt allocated Port" you need to change port or start with open the ports in your router if you havent done that
