It means you can't open a certain file type because it isn't compatible with Photoshop.

well obviously it aint the right ones as it aint working... probly plugin aint compatible with your current PS version.

Redownload the latest PS or your current one. Downloading the latest one would be more efficient. Reboot your computer and Run PS as Admin (not a method always used) then it should work, or redownload the plugins.

i tried already. i reinstalled photoshop and tried it. it works. then whin i put plugins in, it doesnt work it says this application was unable to start correctly

Go into your plug ins folder in C:/Adobe, right click DTXformat and "open with" photoshop. Thats what I have to do it does the same thing to me

EDIT: Are you trying to open a .dtx? Give more info please we cant read your mind
