Yeah if you were heavy vest or tanker vest you can tank them of course.
Maybe they tank by luck like you shot them in the leg or arm.
If they were normal vest you can kill them without trouble.

He's talking about damage drop off, the TPG/L11/L9 have HORRIBLE drop off.

yep ur correct plus l9 gets tanked the most aout of all the sniper i tried except m24s and other two hitters

L96A1 is nerfed.
It's still one hit ko most of the times but it depends where you hit them and what vest they're wearing.

I say that L96A1 Artic wolf, it's a classic. I think that the DSR is better but I'm already use to the L9 so i stick with it.
