Well, it's sort of a tough request, you're not really explaining much of what you want except that you want a Black Ops theme and your name on there.

I can do it for you, I am a solid novice, so I'll try my best.

I'm not gonna do a remake of the one you linked up, but I'm gonna do my own.

Oh, and as you can tell, I didn't know what music to use, so I just inserted a random track. Replace it with anything you want, it has a 0.6 seconds fade-out.
