The only thing you need is:
- .dll
- a working injector
- and half a brain

This is useless, there's TuTs like this all over MPGH; use the Search option before posting.

You can also get the download called portal you can find it in one of the threads. Just install it then put the .dll in a folder name it w/e browse for it select it and run it simple.
