    You can get good specs from les than 1k
    Everything will depend on what type of computer you looking for

    Anyways this is something for suggestions which doesnt mean is the best option.
    Is like a guide, then you only have to go to a shop and find whatever is inside of your budget taking in cosideration the suggestions of a seller man
