got accepted to Medical School and selling my STEAM ACCOUNT

hey guys Im not gonna have time to play anymore do to my studies and for me there is no point to hold an account and no one will play it so i decided to sell it , the account has $505 worth of games on it , checked the steam store prices today for every single game and it came to that ..
