This little thingy has alot of features and is VERY detected by the anti-virus. My first thought is that it is really unsafe, and since the producers of this have also made a RAT (remote administration tool (like TeamViewer, just you won't have the option to stop their controlling you)) I'm not sure I would use it...
But hey! What do I know!? It might be safe, and I'm pretty sure your system wont take any damage if you only read the "help" file (which I have packed outside of the rest of the files for you ) which says all of it's features (involves flooding an e-mail with spam and

EDIT: Now that I've taken a little bigger overview of the program I realize it's much what I just learnt is a RAT, it has the function of spreading itself over p2p networks under "150 different names" and also over yahoo AIM etc... When you got someone infected it .. well.. I'm sure it does something *HOUSE OR SOMEONE WITH KNOWLEGDE; CAN YOU TAKE A LOOK AT THIS THING AND MAYBE GIVE A BETTER CLUE FOR WHAT IT DOES???*
