Have you ever considered the possibility that he wanted to trollolol you? If it bothers you THAT much, then go report him to CBL and Nexon with your proof. i know how hackers can be... and his gameplay wasn't blatant hacking but there was a possibility.
Unless he has super powers, he's super good at CA, or he's just concealing his hacks
