I'm not quite sure what you mean, If you are asking if I warned those who post pictures about these rules I have in every single vote thread;

"Please note that breaking the rules of voting will result in disqualification or a ban."

These rules are here to create equality and ensure that no one person/group manipulates the system. This is why IP addresses are scanned every vote by a qualified Gmod. This is why multiple voting is a serious offense. I am being lenient and allowing people 3 chances until I even think about a ban, But a disqualification for the breaking of 2 rules is justified. At the end of one week he may resume normal participation, Nothing harsh.
