Exclamation Failed to connect to Host server PROBLEM

I live in Australia,Sydney and i've been playing crossfire for a year now, a week ago i logged on into west server as usual. I joined a game and my ping goes up to a massive 400. and within 20 seconds, i get moved to the lobby with an error saying "Failed to connect to host servers" i tried to join other rooms but i still get this error. But for some reason when i try playing in Alpha or Bravo, i dont get the message, but i lag with 259 ping. So guys how can i get rid of this problem????

Have you installed a new AV?
    Are you using wireless internet?

    Cool
It could be your Anti Virus/FireWall.
Try to log in on your account via www.z8games.com,because it could be banned, but I honestly think that if your banned it would be :Failed to connect to test server.

Failed to connect to host server can happen when your internet connection gets dropped even for a second. Sometimes if your computer can pick up the connection fast enough, it won't exit you out of the game. I have a flash drive that has something on it that whenever I play CF with it plugged in, the game crashes and throws me back into the lobby with that error message. Viruses may be able to do this to as I believe I have something like that on the flash drive.
