Sending packets will not work - YOU will be disconnected, not everyone else.
That being said, I might not be correct, since there's almost always a way to do something.

Lobby is instance 1.
Starting is instance 2.
In-Game is instance 3.

Switch to the first to crash. You could potentially restart a room by switching it to the second, but I've had no success with that, as the game just crashes.
