Then instead to open my acount Project Blackout

Did you use a hack before or glitched???
Try to login you're friends computer if you can login you're account then your not banned.
If it says you account is banned/disabled/stuff like that...
Then create a new ip or hide it...

no not banned my account does the same exact thing i can play all there gaems but i cant log in to there site.

I have the same issue. That is why I think it is a ban.

Its not a ban the game isnt aloud to be played from north america.

If you live in north america you aren't aloud to log in due to it being involved in a law suit.

If you bounce your Ip off an over seas proxy you can log into the game. with lag.. But its better then nothing.

If you remember nexon was developing PB somthing happend with the contracts it got involved in a law suit (in north america). PB was lost to another company and american servers are restricted due to somthing that happend in the law suit.

Now if you live in North america you are restricted by north american law since case went sour here we cant play it.

If the content is illegal in your country your isp blocks it period end of story.
