Need Info People how do I Re-Configure a Dat file to make changes?

so Nexon fucking sucks but I know for a fact people are still using a few certain hacks and I know are still available but to be able to re configure the assembly of it to make it run fine again?

kewl thanks Dark I will..DD i dunno it doesn't really matter what hack it is I just wanna be able to play the game with an even ball field so to say tired of seeing hacks being abused even still yet nobody around can tell me from where they got them from.

Wanna start doin my own really n getting them out for release at any sight but I'd rather do it for here right. but new to this willin to learn I learn quick work fast do good work.
