You can, but your ping will be like 500 (as in my case, im in Croatia) and no, you can play every CF version, except CF Japan, which has Ip Block.

ch china works well but now thy chaged to server of where is client uloaded to one that sucks i have speed 100-200kb when downloading
and cf philipines 30kb max for me
