good combat level on the account but the other skills like fishing and cooking etc.. suck! if you just spend like 4 hours you can get to level 50 on 1 skill.
Also the account is kinda poor only got noob stuff.

and BTW I don't trust him because this look like the perfect scamm.
He can't loose anything valuble if you take it and he will just use recoverys after you have traded.

I'm talking by experiense because i have been scammed twice whith a account looking like this.

The recovery questions are GIVEN to the buyer along with pevious passwords on the account. That way if the buyer loses the account, he can contact Jagex and get it back.
