Doesn't work for me, I open it at Main Menu and Choose Hacks and when I start a game it crashes or if I Alt + Tab out of the game and choose a hack it crashes.

Use non-fullscreen
don't activate hacks before u r in a mission.

Go to: Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\call of duty modern warfare 2\players. Open config_mp.cfg in notepad, and search for fullscreen. Replace r_fullscreen "1" with r_fullscreen "0".
