the only reason this is working is because of the iw4m1.dll
its pretty obvious by the build number in the screen cap proof

latest build is 252 not 256 thats the hacked iw4m1.dll's doing...

I dont know if i had a different iw4m1.dll or not. but i can post mine if you like? (virus scanned ofcourse.)

it doesnt show the ESP Boxes at all, nor does the aimbot work, just the crosshair and the killcounter work

(to use it... if it is modded, you need to turn off Auto_Updates.)
(goes in your mw2 directory (next to the iw4mp.exe (and .dat))) if that helps?

This is patched :L the modified iw.dll thing makes it so that u can't connect to the server
