Black Ops Console Color

I would like to know the command to have the console color (green if possible {0 1 0 1 is for green that I want})

Hint: use .7 or 8 for the last number to make it slightly transparent. It will help, and be a little more easy on the eyes.

Doesn't work for me.
I tried relaunching the game as well.
I've written in the console while being in the main menu of MP.
EDIT: Ok found that in config.
