I am getting a new graphic card soon so i need to decide.

If you want to show me your own card that you think its a good deal then show me but it cant be over 150$ +

The one you want is overpriced.
You're paying too much.
I would get the first one then the one you want.
But I would get the ATI instead of the GeForce card.

Yea i see your point there but the thing with that 500$ card is its about 3x more power full then both of those cards probably play crysis on higest settings and still get 200 fps
but the thing i dont like about Ati cards is that my friend told me they have a lot of problems compared to geforce card.

I never have problems with my Ati cards.
Maybe it's your friends.
Maybe he doesn't have a good power supply.

Both cards have their fair share of issues. Dont let fanboys talk you into thinking one is superior based on effectiveness.

Between those two cards being the same price, it kind of preference, though I would probably go for the GTX.

There's also the manufacturer.
The ATI company doesn't really build it, just design and everything.
But it's actually those brands that make motherboards and such makes the graphics card.
For example, I run using Gigabyte Technologies, he may run from another one.

People are usually faster to de rep than +rep so iunno. Oh well.

650W PSU is kind of teetering on the low side for a PSU, especially if you have other big parts in your comp. But I doubt he had problems with that, more likely just has a one sided way of product choice.

Intel does nVidia, AMD does ATI. Or did I guess, as ATI is now known just as AMD GPU's.

I don't really like Intel graphics card.
I buy my stuff from Asus or Gigabyte technologies.
They're both great manufacturers.
