Skipping the Check in the Game Launcher

It's so annoying to always wait for the Check so help please

go to PB folder, find PBlackout.exe, right-click, create shortcut, find shortcut on desktop, right-click, properties, find target box, after "C:\\blahblahblah", write in some random shit.
click ok
