[HELP]Cheat Engine and C++

Hello. I am practicing finding pointers and using them in game hacking, so I started off with a simple game Assault Cube. I found the dynamic address but now I am looking for the static address and I am stuck. I dont know what step to take after this.

Also, after I find the static address how would I implement it into C++ so it can stay frozen or so I can change it?
