I would like to know is anyone that will see this could make me a config_mp that I could get more fps, like change the textures and others things.

look at the tutorial section, it should have some different tuts, on increasing fps and decreasing lag.

They all should already be in there, besides the r_fog_disable 1 one. That command needs to be added in and then set to read-only, and it disables fog in game.
