    Ok, then, open the SPR file with hex editor.
    In the first line of hex codes, there's 2 numbers.
    The first one is the number of DTX files in the SPR.
    The next is the frame rate (may be like A3, or just 20).
    Edit the frame rate.

    Ughh i remember i knew a program that code open them up and edit them but i forgot the name,but yeah just double every animation frame,by the way no offense but i think this idea is stupid,your basically giving yourself a diasdvantage for an almost unnoticeable change.
