But when he was in the small rooms he was playing real conservative, and if I know hackers, they dont do that, he was playing real conservative throughtout the entire match, I doubt he hacks, and if he did he wouldnt be jeopardizing that account

Bro, he didn't twitch once, he twitched a multiple times. Lag has NEVER caused me tot twitch like that. He set his aimbot to a narrow FOV.
