Your motive to lie is to destroy the saviors. I don't doubt that Boombox was cheating either, they are butt buddies. However I don't think our team alone was harboring cheaters.
But I still need proof to be fair. If I wanted to be unfair, I'd ban Parox because I suspect him to be flying/cheating.
If their name was displayed, they would be banned. I can't treat you differently because you are HA, I'd have to accept Toxin's word that Parox was cheating too.
I just think it's fairer all around with solid proof.
