Charity - that too, could be advertised elsewhere, like the front page or sumfin. General forum has far less fews than the front page yet this seems to concern more than just the general section.

Wut i am getn at is that stickies are to inform users regarding information which related primarily to that subject. Global forum features or new sections or even additions to the MPGH _Community_ should not be discussed in the general section. General stickies would be like, the rules or information to be referenced constantly. Something useful to the general section.
