Not a chance in hell firearms won't be needed for a revolution. Look at Africa. Even with how poor it is, there isn't a conflict not involving weapons. Come back to America, huge military force. The national guard alone could EASILY handle any "revolution" not involving firearms.

Again, government only exists under the consent of the governed. If the military loses its loyalty to the President, it will no longer serve the function it was set out for. You expect all of the military to turn against the People (who they are themselves) and commit mass murder against citizens of their homeland looking for same justice and rights to equality that they themselves want?
