We created the concept of morality (one of the few things religions was actually useful for) and therefore in a sense "good" and "evil". But no, they don't just exist. The concept of good and evil varies from person to person.

There are too many genetic and environmental factors for it to be a decision.

Sorry, but the fact that you are not gay from birth makes it a choice of some sorts. Just because factors influence your choice, doesn't make it not a choice.
