    I'm hoping someone here can help me understand this;

    Everytime I attempt to install my Vbulletin, I get this error


    it pops up within seconds of me starting the installation;

    It's just used to describe data - in general. AFAIK all it's saying is that there was a successful connection.

    Well it can be used for a lot of things. I use it in my game engine to serialize objects while here they use it to convey data to the users (Or maybe a front end)

    RSS uses it to transfer data to their clients. It's just an easy way to store and identify data.
