    Saying those things doesn't mean anything. 12gb of ram is absolutely nonsense. 8gb is about as high as you want to go before you waste money on ram. Your graphics card is outdated. 2tb drives are shitty for gaming. 4 fans doesn't really say much either.

    AMD Phenom II x4 970 oc'd to 3.79ghz with a Corsair A50 radiator
    GTX 470 from EVGA
    4GB of DDR 3 1600mhz ram
    1tb samsung spin point F3
    Cooler master HAF 932 case
    3x200MM fans, 1 120MM case fan + 1 120MM radiator fan

    everything together cost under 1K USD. Getting an intel i7 for gaming is an absolute waste. Gaming rigs should focus on graphics cards and ram.
