External BoxEsp 4.3 for AlterIWnet
I've noticed that a few of the "re-do's" of this hack by sph4ck for AlterIWnet dont work, unless you change the title of "AlterIWnet" to "Modern Warfare 2" so what I did is:

1) Made it hook to "AlterIWnet" instead of "Modern Warfare 2"
2) Changed some of the default On's and Off's to more suitable presets
3) Fixed the "Menu" toggleables text to be more grammatically correct
4) Added an Icon to make it look good, instead of the default windows "no icon" look
5) Renamed the .exe file for even less chance of detection (not that there was any)
